1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and Madhav Hindi Puja, a professional sole proprietorship operated by Pandit Niraj Kumar Pandey, concerning your access to and use of the website https://madhavhindipuja.com and the religious ceremony booking services offered.

By accessing our website or booking our services via call, WhatsApp, or website inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Madhav Hindi Puja provides independent Hindu religious ceremony and puja services conducted by experienced Hindi-speaking and North Indian pandits across Bangalore, Karnataka. Services include but are not limited to:

• Grihapravesh Puja (Housewarming ceremony with Vaastu Shanti and Havan)
• Satyanarayan Puja and Katha recitation
• Rudrabhishek Puja and Shiva Lingam abhishek
• Shradh Puja, Pitru Tarpan, and Pind Daan rituals
• Ganesh Puja and Chaturthi celebrations
• Hindu Marriage Puja and Vivah Sanskar rituals

All ceremonies are conducted as traditional cultural and religious practices according to Vedic customs and family traditions.

3. Pricing & Payment Policy

• Transparent Quotes: Starting prices for all ceremonies are clearly displayed on our website. Final dakshina (priest fee) and samagri (ceremonial material) costs are communicated and agreed upon transparently prior to confirmation.
• No Hidden Charges: There are no unexpected fees or surprise charges. Any optional add-ons (such as extended havan or specialized samagri) are provided solely upon client request.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Direct Bank Transfer (IMPS/NEFT), or Cash upon completion of the ceremony.

4. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

• Advance Notice: We request clients to provide at least 24 hours advance notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of a confirmed booking.
• Rescheduling: In the event of unforeseen personal circumstances or changes in auspicious muhurat dates, bookings can be rescheduled to an alternate mutually available date without penalty.
• Refunds: If an advance deposit was provided for puja samagri (ceremonial materials) and the cancellation is made before the materials are purchased, 100% of the advance is refunded. If perishable items (fresh flowers, sweets, fruits) have already been procured, only the non-perishable and priest service portion will be refunded or credited towards a future date.

6. Client Responsibilities

To facilitate a smooth and auspicious ceremony, clients are requested to:

• Provide accurate venue address and contact phone number.
• Arrange the puja seating area (asan/chowki) with clean surroundings.
• Inform the pandit in advance of any specific family traditions or gotra rituals required.

7. Limitation of Liability

Madhav Hindi Puja and Pandit Niraj Kumar Pandey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, natural delays due to severe weather/traffic in Bangalore, or acts of God. In all cases, maximum liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
